Beautiful. I actually like the slightly unfocused quality.  Usually owls are depicted with sharp/piercing eyes but this image is softer, and more romantic. I think this gives the owl more of a "fantasy" feel.

Love it! I would just add more contrast and brightness to the eye. Maybe even  a different color!

I think the overall drawing could benefit from contrasts in lighting and edges - for example, using a harder brush around the eyes, beak and highlights. I do however, like the mysterious feel about it, lying in the choice of sombre colours while appearing quite cute and fluffy at the the same time though!
