done on microsoft paint. I did that shift thing to make the rainbow but it came out all wabbly cause of that D: This actually didn't take very long this time, maybe 50 minutes or so. that's not that much compared to thos criminal minds pictures i shaded like this on paint XD probably would've been easier on photoshop though.
