Final version of my Gothic Lolita.Origional Sketch
Style - Gothic Lolita
Probably the most common lolita style. The traditional blackxwhite scheme is very recognizable, but not all gothic lolita is black and white. This style incorporates the darker colors and themes (like cross motifs and veils) from Western goth into the more adorable lolita style to produce a very unique style that takes a lot of practice to perfect. So it's darker than sweet lolita, but much sweeter than Western goth. Most lolitas start off with this style because it much easier to find gothic items locally and it's very easy to coordinate.

I'm sorry but i really don't like it. It's just like the other ones but with no color, it's not gothic. I'm sorry but i don't like it. It has no belts or boots witch most goth pictures have. I love your others though they're very nice. Lots of detail and color but this one is just lots of detail and gray. I don't know if you know this but gray is a very boring color. I believe you should have used black, for something that's gothic it's any attention grabber. Your other work is beautiful but I didn't enjoy this one. I'm sorry. That isn't really crit, that is just your personal opinion of grey. Also she isn't a 'goth' she is a 'gothic lolita' there is a rather large difference.

I'm sorry but you are wrong. The pictues you have is grey. Grey is not a "GOTHIC" color. And its not just my opinion i know many others that very much dislike this "Gothic Lolita." I would be glade to introduce you to them if you like and they can give you their "opinion" on grey.
P.S. And by the way "goth" and "gothic" are the same thing!

Sorry, I do not want to argue with you, it is just I know goth and Gothic are the same thing, it's just goth/Gothic and Gothic lolita are quite different fashion styles.
So as I said before I never intended to go for a grey Gothic image I was going for a grey Gothic lolita image, they colouring wasn't intended to be realistic it was intended to be a if it was a black and white photograph of a girl in a cartoon style. Also I am quite happy for you to give me others opinions if you really want to, but I would rather it was constructive criticism than personal opinions.

I like your vector style, and all the detail that you got into her outfit! I especially think it's effective that you used only gray washes on this one, instead of colors--that way there's enough distinction that we don't get lost, but we get to spend our time looking at your beautiful lines!
