I was browsing randomly on Bowl Roll and suddenly I found a random Hetalia-related file... downloaded it and..."OMG, SOMEONE RELEASED HONG KONG!"

It's on the folder... but it's in hiragana, so your computer will mess it if it's not able to read japanese characters.

Me and a friend of mine both downloaded him and opened him on our computers and he turned out white... We even both re downloaded him and nothing changed ;n;

Maybe it's because his textures files are on japanese.
You have to install unicode support or rename the files and retexture on pmd ;^;

I don't know but you can change the name of the textures and change it on the model in PMD Editor.
