Growing tired of his colleague's self-aggrandizing ramblings, Dr. Anderson calmly walked across the lab, pulled a flimsy slide out from underneath the microscope, and unceremoniously crushed it between his finger tips.

The groundbreaking inventor's jaw dropped.

"Anderson!  Dear God, what have you done!?  You've – you've ruined years of research and development!  Years!  You've robbed the entire music community of the great new technology that I've spent painstaking hours perfecting, and-"

"Oh, cry me a river.  Look right here," said Dr. Anderson, motioning to the shattered slide in his hand.  "This is me crushing the world's tiniest violin."
