Description New Character UvU He is an entire new character from any of my character stories

Yes it's a BOY. He's more less of a mechanic and drawing up blueprints and stuff like that (Maybe an Engineer) and a pilot.
I felt like making a Raccoon boy with a steampunk outfit so here you go.
