EVOLVES FROM TOUCOAL @ LVL18.
POKEDEX ENTRY: While flying, TOUCANO can temporarily boost it's speed by releasing the heat from it's body out through the exhaust-like tubes adorning it's skull. TOUCANO cannot use it's boost for too long as it uses alot of energy

indeed it is. only if you leave it for quite a while tho.
it'll learn automatically upon evolution, so it's easier to do that.
