Description A fanart of one of 's characters, Demi. 

Happy Birthday, Timm! Hope it's a fun and mischievous one!

This was done last week while I was at work in between busy moments for the holiday sections. Because my nice drawing tablet doesn't work on my office computer, I had to use my old one...but it doesn't have any pressure sensitivity at all and the lines get jagged, so half of this thing was drawn and painted with a computer mouse! haha. Still turned out alright I suppose. 

And yes...I used myself as reference. I tried to change up the face but failed.

haha yeah! whenever I use myself as reference, it always is blatantly obvious, no matter what i do! oh well. it was interesting using a mouse...GAH. Working on this made me like the character even more. But it's kind of an attachment thing after you work on something like this, cuz you put a little bit of yourself into it (outside of literally putting myself in it!)

I think that's why taking critique and letting things go is so hard sometimes. We put so much of ourselves in our art.
