Something about the texturing is off in the upper-right corner O_o. That giant blob of..texture..doesn't look like it belongs there but that's just meh~. And asdfhhjkl;fjklwi3n1~! Stop being so good with color pencils. >: The coloring is epically amazing

Damn, what can I say? This is pret-ty perfect, as far as I can tell. Her collarbone area may be a liiiittle too defined, but that may just be style preference.
*takes a closer look* hm....
Okay, here's something: the folds on the right side of the pic; her jacket. The large, diagonal one seems out of place. The seam between the body and the sleeve are masked. Unlike the other side, I can't tell where the body ends and the sleeve starts. Might just be my eyes, but its the only thing I can see that might need a little moving around. Either way, this is a gorgeous picture, and critiquing it at all is difficult.
