He was kidnapped by Kelzan who found him in the cannon univers during his transit over. He took to experimenting on him, then getting bored, dumped him onto a seemingly deserted planet. He was taken in by the natives who think he is one of their gods. The prosthetics on his back and fins were implanted by Kelzan. Ultimately hes like Shiro where they turn more into energized blades but glow a bright Altean blue instead, and work better underwater.

Its a great concept. That serpentine body is really cool too. Just a really neat concept all around.
