Hmm... I'm having a hard day with putting my thoughts in words in Polish, not mentioning English, so forgive me short and simple words My advice would be... at the beginning you can try to draw these poses which you can find in official pictures or good fan arts. You'll be able to easily compare your drawing with the original one and then redo the mistakes. Also bases can be very helpful: when drawing clothes on them you can learn how long should the dress/any other cloth here or what shape should this and this have... And what's the most important in my opinion: keep on drawing. Try not to make too big breaks in drawing, because you can forget what you've already learned. You have to practice a lot
