To he honest I agree with Sasquachette. While women (including myself) come in many different shapes and forms, the one in this photo is unhealthy looking. Not every skinny girl is anorexic, but when your body meets the model of an animated character or doll, it's commonly not natural. Her figure is lovely yes, but with the size of her chest and the proportions of her body it most likely is either photo shop, surgery, or extremely painful for the back. You cannot physically be that skinny without removing ribs or starving yourself. With the blurry background it would be extremely easy to hide any photoshopping.

Unhealthy, why? She don't look like a haut couture model. Yes she is slim, but not haggard. Even I look more slender then her and my medicine checks are fine, fo years. We I need more indications/evidence for your diagnosis.
