Hi, I realise this is quite a few years old - but if you're still supporting it, would it be an easy edit to make the drop down menu match the skin style? I really like the modern styling, but the drop down one looks out of place in comparison.

I've been using this Launchy skin for months now, and find it's the best I've ever seen. I had one question though, was actually wondering if you have any means to customize the list under the main "window" (you know, list of other choices). It doesn't fit well with the metro look.

I have been playing around with the custom look dropdown list, I just havenβt got around to released it yet to the public, I will include it on the next update of Transport for Launchy. I promise that, and thanks for the feedback.

Freaking gorgeous. I don't like the shadow though lol. Part of the Metro design is that there's no gloss, no shadows, no gradients. It does look nice, but it doesn't quite fit the Metro UX. Everything else fits it and looks absolutely gorgeous

Hey thanks. I know Metro has no drop shadow but they achieve depth with animation and the parallax scroll effect β which is very nice. I use the drop shadow because I use Win 7 default VS, and it's sure looks out of place if it just a flat gradient box. But I'll release the non-drop shadow on version 1.1, considering that Win 8 VS are ubiquitous these days. Wait for it.

I love it, but the letter "g" isn't fully viewable, it's cutted!

I designed these skin to work only for the Segoe UI typeface, if you use Vista/7, it's already installed in those systems. If Segoe UI not present then it will fallback to Arial or Verdana, hence the chopped descender on "g", "y", etc.

Nice and clean, great range of colours. Using Slate at the moment. Great job.
