It's the cutie known as Ella! I made this as a birthday gift for her mommy, Rachelle. And I'm very happy that she liked it!I didn't even have a whole day to finish this, but I got it done in time.
It's not as detailed as I would have wanted it, but I think it's pretty good for the time crunch.

I actually drew here eyes from a different picture of her because they were brighter and clearer in it.
Ps: it's actually a balloon, I called it a ball too and my friend corrected me
