A character from the D&D game I play in. Caridan was a coffee shop socialist who got kicked out of his family because he got spellscarred and was a bit of a shit wizard. To prove them all wrong he became a warlock??? to a patron who consumed his soul upon his death. He was resurrected by a former comrade, though he was never the same and retained wraith-like... shall we say... tendencies? Anyway, Cerys decided a deal got him into this mess, so clearly a deal was the best thing to do to get him out of it??? and reunited the pieces of his soul. Now he's a proper elf. With a name and shit. All's good. Also, she taught him some magic because what could go wrong with a spellscar victim casting magic? Literally nothing. Now. Safety goggles on, everyone.

To commemorate his new "life", I figured his old portrait was in dire need of an update as he's no longer a wraith. So I painted this!
