You would be there is you were unlucky enough not to be given a death sentence. In Dominique's mind, death is the easy way out - a much better deterrent is to make someone suffer both physical and mental pain for as long a period as possible (usually over several decades).

though i gotta admit her little theology might be accurate, if cruel, the ultimate irony would be for her to get a little out of line and then get locked up and subjected to her own methods, that would make me laugh for hours on end

With regards to the first two points, that is her main problem with life. She is only allowed to torture those who have committed a crime, whereas she would like to torture and enslave everyone and anyone.
I think that subjecting her to her own methods would be the only way to deal with her. You can't kill off a good baddie, so you'd have to imprison and torture her for the rest of her life.
