This turned out a lot differently than I imagined it would... Originally, I wanted the orcas to be more "magical" looking and tie in more with the Northern Lights. Oh well. I can try it again some other time.

So the idea for this was partially inspired by the song from Brother Bear. Recently, I heard about an orca named Bingo that passed away. Then I started to think about the whole Brother Bear transformation and the Great Spirits/TLK. Just as a whole, I thought it would be nice to show the spirit of the whale that has passed away joining its relatives or others that have passed on before it. Hence, the reason why all of these orcas have a "glow" around them. The orca that is on the right side is more "glowy" than the others because I wanted to show that s/he is a new spirit ascending.

*Just a note: I did not freehand draw these orcas. They were taken off a Google search for free vector art. I guess the only thing that is mine is how I colored them and the background. *

Aside from that sidenote, any and all feedback is appreciated!
