Akira Toriyama was an absolute unit of a creator. It’s a shame he’s gone, but he’ll continue to live on through his work. Series like Dragonball, as well as the dragon quest games, will stick with me for a long while yet, while the communities revolving around anime and manga are better for his participation in them.
