I've always wanted to do a piece of Katsuya Terra style art - something weird and stylish. So here it is.I'so need to thank Kunkka for his terra-influenced art, which inspired me quite a bit.

This is a great attempt at Terada's style. (best I've seen aside from his own) Just a bit too flat.
I'm very partial to his images with white backgrounds, the images truly pop out.

i love this, but yes, there are a few thing wrong. the neck looks really flat. i think its the way the fabric doesn't form to the neck.
at one point, the nose bugged me a little. a liiitle bubble-ish. but i was paying way too much attention to it.
the eyes are bautiful. i love them. the lips eyes, and hair look oh so pretty.
all in all, the whole thing is beautiful. i love the hat and the coloring job is great.
i need to make a hat like that.

*gasps* i didnt know anyone else knew about Katsuya Terra, well *coughs* of course people would know just not anyone i realize would know, i MUST compliment you on capturing the stlye, and still make it your own. If i have time (..SCHOOL!..) i'll check out the rest of ur gallery! wheeee!!
