Another submission of my Pepper Project.Pepper looks pretty cool in this piece I think.
Done in Painter. A pretty quick render.

This is an amazing piece and I am completely stunned. She looks like she is off to do no good in the evening light. I love the lights, her face, her hair, her hand, her shoulder, and the line of her back. In fact just about everything is lovely. The one thing that stood out to me was that her neck seems a bit thick, and I am not sure how you could change that without changing the whole piece, but it seems that when you follow the line of it it goes up behind her head as opposed to going to it. Still, this is a genius piece of work and I wish I could make something so amazing, and with such good tones as well.

what are the basic tools you use in painter?
whatever I try, I can't make any good results in painter I'm comfortable with, plus this program seems to suit my tastes more than photoshop.

The simplistic style actually works very well, her expression is really nice too. Gorgeous. One day, i will find words that fit your works. But for now, I'll just say: "WOW."

cool! i like how the lines fade off the way they do. don't know if that's a custom brush, or just a feature in painter but it looks good. I'm in school for Industrial Design and I want to incorporate a freestyle look for my renderings. but anyway, your stuff is a great inspiration.

Though the expression is perfect, my favourite parts are absolutely the long, slender finger, the shoulder blades, and the hair...the colouring is really amazing as well.
