The work is pretty solid in all fairness. The more I looked at it though I spotted some critiques. The brightness of the character made it harder to spot the electric charge on the hand. I don't know if more would help because I respect the minimal amount.
The basically straight cut hair doesn't sit well with me especially noticeable on the fringe on her head. Also, the wind isn't picking up the hair on the top her head, just above the forehead. This may have been done to show that the hair is wet, which is done right on the non-windswept side of the head, but just overdone on the windswept side.
Will have to credit the work of rain hitting the body shown quite well.

It is a well drawn for an anime drawing. Well done. Be careful not to lose track the characters with the background.

Yes, I definitely can agree that the image is in anime style and that can make artistic choices and methods differ from more general art styles which I am familiar with. But, I do feel my comments do hold over to general art critiques. Besides the fact, I definitely didn't give the critiques with any sort of righteousness or belittling of the art or artist.
In simple terms, I want to help but don't want to get too emotionally involved. So respect to your comment it is in well received on my end.

This is a very impactful image! I love the flow of her skirt; the fabric looks like it's billowing in the harsh wind. Her armor is awesome detailed and while I think it could be more of a contrast between the highlights and the shadows, it's appearance is quite metallic, much like her awesome spear!
The lighting effects on her spear and her arm are a fantastic touch; I love her tense her arm is as she gathers up her bower and her expression is stoic and yet very determined for the hard fight ahead. I wish the background had a little more color in it and I can't see the rain so well; everything except for her is quite dark and I think so much work could be done to bring in that darkness into the foreground while also not making her fade. I also think her hair needs to be swept a bit more, like her skirt is.
Other than those points, this image is quite lovely! Awesome work!

Overall I think it is Twice the quality of the original, despite the original being pretty damn good!
P.S how did you get the lightning effect in those pictures? I'd like to do some similar effects myself
