SPOILERS... KINDA... NOT.. I GUESS IN THE ANIME ON EPISODE 22==========================================
Yukio Okumura as portrayed to be a Paladin in the Anime... NOT in the Manga thus far.

Regardless what I think of what they are doing in the Anime I LOVE how he looks as one. Not sure about the coat color but he still wears it well.
I was going to do this yesterday but no matter how many attempts I just wasn't happy. Today on my first attempt and here you go.
Done in about 2 hours with a .20mm Sakura Pigma Micron Pen
