A time for young lovers, friends, or family to just show how much they love one another and appreciate the Wyngro around them, for Levi, it was a great boost in sales for cloth and attire. Dress to impress they would say.
The love was everywhere and Levi had stared through the cottage window out into the sun in a daze, his hand slowly stirring round a teacup and his heart thumping. It was the perfect time, for confessions...

Swallowing hard and turning his attention back to his task, he stirred the spoon through the other cup of tea before setting it down, grabbing the tray and slowly making his way to the dining area.
He'd had his two new guests living with him for a few months now, it was like they just blended into his home in an almost natural fashion. Young Cosmo was loud like the usual child and in charge. He'd spend a lot of time with Quincie recently now that he had a shop running again, helping him and managing things and then there was Verdigris...

Everything Levi wished he could be. Strong, Vocal, Proud and not too shy or nervous to tell someone where to shove it if they were in the wrong. It wasn't too hard for Gro to admire him and his humour. OR so Levi had thought.
Coming out into the kitchen to see Verdi sitting at the table, Levi brought the tray over to him and felt like he was going to pass out really suddenly. Verdi turning to look up at him on approach had him swallow hard, it was the perfect time to do it... So just do it.

"Hey Verdi... You know, I really appreciate your company around the house, I feel like Cosmo and yourself have really become like part of the furniture" Levi had begun.
Verdi chuckled at his jest and Levi thought his face was melting. Taking a breath and playing it cooler.
"Listen Verdigris. I have been meaning to say this for awhile now" Levi started up again. He watched As Verdi had placed his full attention upon him, interested in what he was about to say, maybe too interested, or perhaps Levi was overthinking it.

"Yeah?" Verdi answered to pry a continuation out of him.

"Well, I wanted to finally tell you, I wanted to say I-" Levi tried getting out but was cut off by the loud noise of Cosmo as she ran into the room. Startled, Levi flinched and watched as everything was catapult off his tray towards the table.

"DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD. QUINCIE LAID AN EGG!!" She had yelled to her similar hued father. Levi standing like a statue to process what exactly the young Wyngling had just said.

Quincie had what? ... Quincie was his son, he couldn't lay eggs. He didn't even think Quincie knew any girls around who COULD lay eggs. He was pretty sure Quincie's Perri friend was male as well.. Levi's face a mixture of stunned and confused that it was unnoticed still where all that tea had ended up, or should say who it ended up on, breaking the moment that Levi had tried to create for a little bit of confession time.
Verdi trying to talk to Cosmo had Levi's eyes draw to the door she just come from, Quincie's room where his son had gone into earlier. Was she making a joke? Had she heard someone say something about Quincie looking feminine enough to?
Levi setting down the tray on the table had to find out what was going on here. Turning to Verdi to excuse himself he finally saw the bigger picture and blushed immensely.

"Oh my Chii- Verdigris, I'm so sorry! I'll get a cloth for you" he said retreating into the kitchen and grabbing the cloth, rushing it back out to the man and feeling like he had just made a huge fool of himself.
"I'm so sorry" he said petting the guy down momentarily before just handing the cloth over and picking up the teacups. Setting them back on the tray on the table, he excused himself again as this time, he went towards Quincies room. He'd better see what all the commotion was about...

Levi, what an awkward moment you have made, oh dear hahaha.
