Description Finally colored!! WHOO!!!

This is by far the worst coloring job I have ever done on Photoshop @__@ My tablet died on me or something...it's just messing up and I got frustrated and used the mouse throughout the entire picture! I kinda like the soft look to it, but I wish I could have added more detail

Aw, I think it still looks good! Especially for using a mouse! I wish I had a tablet... T_T Someday...! Great work on this! If it really bothers you, you could do it again on your tablet once it revives! Compare the tablet and mouse stuff... I dunno.

Aww how adorable.

I quite like the soft colouring. And since you did it all with a mouse just makes it simply awesome.

I see you've already gotten crit about the anatomy so I'll just agree. No sense in repeating what's already been said. And legs are hard x_x So I totally sympathise with you.

I agree, legs have always been my problem...I have never really been able to draw a nice pair of legs XD Well, considering I never took a single art class in my life could be why

I'm getting better at legs now that I've realised references are my friends. X3 I've never really taken proper art classes...not for studying the human form anyway. Meh, they can only teach you so much. I tend to do what I like rather than listen to what art teachers tell me.

I wanna take life drawing classes now that I'm in college...hopefully it'll be worth all that money in the end But yes...I agree with you. I'd rather do what I like rather than listen to art teachers

There was an add-on course at a sister college to the one I went to...but it wasn't available to us. I'd definitely have taken it, even at £60 a lesson O_o;

I actually fell out with my art teacher at school. XD I think it was over a drawing she 'corrected'. >.> Whatever you do, you no touchy my art. XD Tell me what needs doing and I'll improve it MY way No wonder I never got higher than a B in art, I made the teachers hate me.

I can relate. Art teachers nowadays seem so full of themselves...like, they know better, but don't really want YOU to be better than them at the same time

Well, it really depends on the size of the tablet that you want. The smallest is the 4x5 (the one I have...I need a bigger one ) Since it's Wacom (which is the best quality) it cost $100. Honestly, if you're gonna get a tablet, get a good one because I think other company brands aren't as durable as Wacom ^^ The price ranges with the size. The largest one I've seen in stores is the 9x12 (so pretty *w*) and that costs over $400 My next paycheck is going to that hehehe

lol, I don't even really think the coloring is all that bad! *_* (I really hate coloring on the computer so I feel sympathy for yas XD (especially since I don't have a tablet eithers XD).) If I were yous, I'd focus more on the anatomy issues than the coloring ones because you KNOW you have done better with coloring stuff from before, but anatomy is so *hard*! *_* so, there's always room for improvement theres (more specifically, in her knees and waist area.) but still, it's a lovely job in my eyes and you are improving with every pic! Goooo Saku-channie!

Yea I know...the anatomy totally sucks here My other sketch of Mori and Kioko...that's just hell breaking loose x___x (I'm coloring that next...no time to redraw stuff XD) I don't really put as much time as I should into the anatomy (stupid school and work <__< ) I agree with you though...anatomy is really hard *_*
