I'm pretty happy with this. I've been working on it for a while. Lately i've been trying to challenge and further myself in my art so I took on this challenge. It definitely isn't easy recreating Dsiox. She may seem easy, but don't be fooled. Also, the background is upside down if that isn't evident. Read the story if you want to know what's going on here.

story
Dsiox had been wandering aimlessly for some time. Shadows were beginning to enter in her world and she was starting to be scared. Never in her life had she experienced fear, and no one around her could help. In fact, she didn't really know a single soul.
Having only herself for company she didn't know what to do. Trekking along different worlds she sought help, anything that would rid her of the shadows.
Finally she came upon a Shaman in a distant world. This curious horse wanted to help her. He could sense that she was troubled and sought her out so he could help her.
When they finally met he was of few words, only saying that he knew what he could do to heal her. She was confused, but open to anything. The Shaman gave her a curious egg and said that she would know what to do with it. Confused, she accepted the gift, but how it would help her she did not know.
The shadows had a very curious effect on her. They weren't unbearable but having felt fear for the first time she also felt loneliness. Never before had she felt that. Even this small and seemingly insignificant egg had a calming effect on her. Perhaps it was the notion of having something to take care of, or a friend. Well, the closest thing she had ever had to a friend.
Dsiox thanked him kindly and waded off into the distance. She felt better already. Whatever was in this egg was somehow tied to her. The Shaman must have known something she did not, and helped her in a way no one else could.
She looked back, after him, but he had already vanished. Knowing that there was no going back, she exited this world and went to a more stable and safe place so that her gift could be safe from harm. So that it could be as safe as possible.
