The name, "Dragon Curve" is in reference to the usage of it in the novel as well as to how this whole project snowballed into something far more complex than initially thought. We have a Trello and even discord server. Basically this AU is a hodgepodge of elements from the concept art/unused bits of the first film, the novel, the films, and our own original ideas and spins to the story. For instance, the mentality for the designs of the dinos are like that of All Yesterdays, with it being 90's palaeontologists reacting to our modern understanding/speculations (a few creative liberties too). As well as the carnivores being docile (unless provoked) and the herbivores being the difficult ones with the exception of the Quetzalcoatlus lawsonii they have; them not being primarily fish eaters, and having a taste for non-fish. Them serving the roles of the velociraptors.
