Regina from Dino Crisis.Oh yea i really love Regina. One of my favorite Capcom characters <3.
If only Capcom can make a new Dino Crisis but...oh well. I drew this while i was Streaming. Drew and Colored it with a tablet on SAI. I totally love SAI
