Done with as usual few mechanical pencils and graphite pencil..this time i concentrated on the hair as my friends suggested..
please feel free to comment on my drawing and im sure i will correct them in my next drawings..
The original is more smooth than the scanned one..
And this is the first time im drawing teeth.. lol

you did excellent on the teeth, especially for being your first time! I personally would like to see a teeny bit more detail in the pupils and skin bordering the eyes. It may not have been clear in the picture, but don't be afraid to add it in yourself 
The hair is alright, except it still lacks a 'soft' texture to it which gives hair its 'light' and flowing qualities. Although you did do that at the bottom part where the hair flips and curls a bit, but its lacking in the top half part of the head. Hair is not my fortΓ© either

Good job. Her eyes and nose look very beautiful. My criticism would be her hand that looks a bit unfinished and there's too much contrast on the top part of her hair.

Sneha, i must admit that you have done a phenomenal improvement on this work, truly amazing... i can understand how well you concentrated on the hair, and it came out very well, also the eyes, the teeths, and the outfit are equally good..
I couldnt find anyother flaws in your drawing except for the right hand, i still feel that you could have done better than this, you have the potential, especially the outer of the right hand, may be it might be smooth and different in the original..
But overall i should say that you have improved a lot... Keep it up dear...
