super late reply! Florida sounds nice so glad that it's starting to get warm here in Chicago. I've been trying to get back on track on drawing for the most part and video games recently ^_^

I love Florida. Some people say that's weird because I live in California, but the two states couldn't be more different. It's very dry here and of course in Florida it's very wet. I've never been to Chicago, other than a layover at the airport, but I would imagine your summer weather is closer to what it's like in Florida.

I'm getting back on track too with my art too. I had a talk with my instructor at the end of the semester and told him I wasn't going to take the next class which is character animation. He agreed that was the right choice for me since I really want to focus on modeling. He suggested I should work on modeling a quadraped as my next project, so I'm taking his advice and modeling a dragon We'll see how that works out lol

I've been to CA once ,and there's not a lot of trees from what I remember. Summer weather is close to Florida in Chicago. Summers are gorgeous here. Too bad that the nice weather only happens for like half a year.

If you went to SoCal, like LA where I grew up actually there aren't as many trees. That whole area is actually desert until they started pipping in water lol The city I live in, Sacramento in NorCal has the second most number of trees per capita of any city in the world, first is Paris. And no, I have no idea how they make that calculation, but there are a lot of trees here lol But yeah big difference between northern and southern CA. Then you have the coast which is much different than everything else. All that said I would love to live in Florida

Thanks Murke! It's just a filter that I make on top of the drawing that gives that textured/grainy look (if that's what you're referring to?)
