If it were up to me, you'd already have it. But playsets are a huge amount of work (and a huge gamble, money-wise), so aside from the first few from Infinity 1, they have been attempting to only do playsets that are coming out with some big release or currently hot property. Some day when they run out of current stuff to do, maybe.

Well, if you integrate Kingdom Hearts into Infinity, then you can easily do single stage playsets for older films. Like a single stage Mulan, a single stage Aladdin, a single stage Big Hero 6, ect. and generalize it into a KH playset. Plus you can easily use that concept going forward.
I have so many design ideas for Infinity. I really wish y'all would hire me
