Okay! So this months theme for Gasara's Contest gasara.deviantart.com/journal/… is 'Childhood'.

My mind and soul immediately went to my childhood companion, POKEMON! I had the blue and yellow version of the 1st gen game, lost the blue one. Luckly with the yellow you get all three starters AND pikachu and I played so many years on it. These are all the pokemon I had myself, plus some! Though i recently sold it the game....
Pokemon played such a huge role to me in my young life. The game itself helped me learn new words and problem solving skills. It also is one of the things that brought me to anime and wanting to draw myself.
I will always hold Pokemon, especially the generations I grew up with, close to my heart.
