Iggy's shell was removed at some point when he was in the jail (the jail's warden [Iggy's sister Wendy] has instructed her workers to remove his shell as a precaution [thinking that he might attack others with his shell] as a result of this Iggy has scars on his back)
Also don't worry I will draw more koopaling stuff (I don't know when though [due to me working on other things]~).
