Shana - To Battle, Once More►►►►►Total Time for Creation: 9 Hours and 45 Minutes
I did it, I finally completed it.
I put passion and creativity into this art, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Originally I had intended for this to be shaded with graphite pencils, but something inside of me was urging me to give it life with vibrant and beautiful colors. I trusted this feeling inside of me and I decided to color it - and that feeling inside of me was passion. Passion to make this my best traditional art, passion to give Shana life and recognition of who she is. Shana is the flaming haired-burning eyed hunter with a strong will and a passion to complete her duty as a flame haze.
I, too, had that same fiery passion to give my all for this art of the amazing Shana.
I, too, went to battle once more to test my limits and challenge myself as an artist.
I feel an indescribable feeling of excitement to put the same burning passion into creating professional art of my original manga characters. And as you all know by now, I am very, very close to finally diving into the world of my original manga. After I finish up the last few fan arts I have to do, I will be taking some time off from fan art to put full time into my manga. Because all I want to do is make my characters that I have been working for over five years on, to finally come to life. ~ Dana

Ok don't get me wrong this is really good but I noticed that the eyes are a little bit too tiny and too spaced out. another thing is the hair; her body is facing one way and that hair is flinging to that side, that streak of hair on the left seems kinda unnecessary, and if you do believe that belongs there try to curl it to make it seem it's swinging with the other hair. And that crumple in the dress seems out of place; if you didn't mean for it to be there try to erase harder :3

The eyes are a good distance but I see your point; as the for the size I wanted her to look more mature so I went with that size for them. Ah, as for the hair flinging on the left I had meant for it to be flinging more, however I messed up on the inking and had to go along with it. The dress is meant to be flowing in the wind so the folds would be raised to that level on the dress.
