After defeating Afton, Vanny and the animatronics, as well as Gregory, were all set free. However, as Gregory is finnaly able to leave, he realized something he hadn't quite thought about before. He felt as if something were missing. Freddy questions his hesitance to his freedom, only to discover the young boy had no one to care for him, and no place to go. With much consideration, Gregory is offered to stay at the Pizzaplex under Freddy's guardianship. Accepting such a golden opportunity, Gregory is now a part of the Fazbear Family; here to stay.

However, what is to come from living in a entertainment industry with a bunch of robots for friends? What is still left to be uncovered in this eventful place? Is Freddy's truely safe now, or are threats still lurking? There is still so much to be discovered, so many questions, and many strange things that come with living in these conditions. Good and bad, pleasant and frightful, Gregory has much to learn, and much to get used to.
