Description
(This takes place just after the "Butterfly Follies" clip.)*Star crosses her arms as she sees the monstrosity that is the play.*
Star: C'mon guys, we have better things to do.
*While walking away, Star notices a familiar looking monster digging through some trash cans.*
Star: What the- *she walks closer to get a closer look*
*The monster lifts his head out of the garbage, revealing that it's Toffee! Only there was something off about him.*
Toffee: *munches on whatever was left of a corn cob* Hm? Oh, hello there!
Star: Ah! Toffee! *blasts him with magic*
*Once he was down she got on top of him and with magic glowing from her hands towards his face.*
Star: What are you doing here?!
Toffee: *confused* Uh, I was digging through the trash for some corn. You want some? *offers Star the mostly eaten corn cob*
Star: Uh... no thanks... *thinking* Why would Toffee dig through Mewman trash...?
*Star notices how different the Septarian was since their last encounter. He was unhealthily thin, his clothes were very baggy, and he has shorter hair. But his eyes. His eyes looked different...*
Star: My gosh, when did Septarians deflate?
*Marco rushes beside Star.*
Marco: Star, what's- *gasps* Toffee?!!
Star: He deflated!
*Marco remembers the last time they were face-to-face with Toffee. He tried to kill Star, and that thought made Marco furious.*
Marco: Toffee! *rolls up sleeves*
*Star prevents his best friend from hurting the Septarian.*
Star: No, no, no, no! Wait! There's something off about him!
Marco: Of course there is! He's still alive!
Star: No, Marco, you don't understand. *grabs Toffee's sleeve* Look at this. His arm doesn't even fit in his clothes...
Toffee: Whoever you two are, please don't hurt me.
Star: C'mon Marco, look at him. I don't think he's willing to fight...
Marco: I guess... And he doesn't seem to remember us?
Star: Hmm... do you remember us?
Toffee: Uhh… I think I would have...
Star: See Marco?
Marco: What should we do with him?
Star: Well we can't leave him like this.
Marco: Hey, uh, sorry about attacking you earlier... We thought you were someone else.
Marco, then helps Toffee up on his feet.
Star: Alright, first we got to get him something to eat; he's practically skin and bones!
Toffee: Oh, why thank you! And you're forgiven.
Star: Yeah, now let's go fi-
*Before Star can finish her sentence, she smelled something putrid.*
Star: Ew! Marco did you shower today?!
Marco: It's not me!
*Star, out of curiosity of the smell's origin, sniffs Toffee. She then covers her nose!*
Star: Okay, first a bath, then food.
Toffee: O-Okay then.

Thanks! This Toffee's supposed to be weird. He had a pillar dropped on his head, so he's a little screwy in addition to his memory-loss.

This has answered my question, why Toffee had big muscly arms the day Queen Moon the Undaunted disintegrated his finger. Then had unusually emaciated arm in Star's time.

Maybe it was slim fit suit? We do see his muscly arm briefly in "Storm the Castle".
