for using glow or any filters:

step 1
select "LAYER" with "dove"
step 2
go to your photoshop tabs (up above located between "IMAGE" AND "SELECT") where it says "LAYER" then beside it select "STYLE" then "outer glow"
there you can select a low intensity of it
i also recommend a less bright "dove" because it takes away attention from
Jesus and the girl. The video is better. Maybe there is a copy in French.
My friend uses corel in french and photoshop in Spanish it is confusing for me since I use it in English

Dans ce cas, personnellement, j'aurais plutôt mis quelque chose du genre "quit everything and follow me" ou "follow me and f**k the rest", mais je ne suis pas linguiste en Anglais (ni dans aucune autre langue d'ailleurs), et je ne prétends pas que ça soit mieux...
