IMBOLC :It is celebrated on Febuary 2nd and is the Festival of the returning spring.
Symbolically, Imbolc is the return of the Goddess (Mother nature) to the outside earth. After a long rest in the inner realms since Halloween (Samhain) when there was no visible growth and the energy returned to under the earth, now she emerges as a young girl with the first shoots of spring tentively appearing from the cold soil. This is the Goddess or nature in her Maiden aspect.
Snowdrops,candles (representing the first flickers of light back into the waxing year) and the New Moon are all symbols ascociated with this festival.

I know it's a bit early for this year's Imbolc but I do have to say it's one of my favorite festivals. I love your image with the snowdrops, the candles, the triskele, slumbering maiden; all of it wonderful symbolism. 
Actually where I live in southern Sweden we rarely have snow but today it snowed! Nice white blanket for soon-to-be-emerging snowdrops in stead of raw winds...
