Well, I am not sure since I haven't read the manga. But if the manga stopped updating, it's probably either because the scanlation team has dropped it, or there are no raws available to translate. So I think you shouldn't expect to get new chapters anytime soon.
If you really wanted to know the continuation and don't mind reading texts, then I recommend reading the light novel instead. The anime adapted the story up to vol 9, while currently up to vol 14 are translated and 15th is in progress. It should be enough to entertain you while waiting for the manga to update.
