YAY! It's done! For 's contest!!

Okay, there are some details (and mistakes) that you can't see unless you enlarge the picture, but the file is huge and you may not want to download it, much less search for the unimportant details, so I'll list them for you:
-on the label of Sakura's doctor coat, 'shannaro' is written in tiny letters.
-The papers don't have anything written on it, except following:
paper above Sakura's head: it writes: 'Bipolar' Juugo and Psychological ( actually that one didn't fit, so it's only Psychologic) File
paper covering Sakura's foot: it writes Uzumaki Naruto and Skill Report
paper opposite from Naruto's : it writes Uchiha Sasuke, Missing Ninja and ! Mangekyo Sharingan ( they don't know about Eternal)
paper which is lowest on the screen : it writes Houzuki Suigetsu, Karin and Hyuuga Hinata.
paper on left side of the screen: it writes nothing, it a file about the nameless (for now) bad guy!

Okay, as usually, there's a story behind it. This might become a fanfiction, but after i finish other 2 . Plus that I have a NejiTen in plan for my friends b-day (priority!!) . Anyways!!

Kirabi has already been caught, we don't know when a.k.a. yet to be decided. Hachibi has been extracted.
After (spoiler!!!!!) obtaining the rinnengan (end of spoiler), Madara goes for Naruto. Sasuke will reluctantly help with the extraction, on Madara's orders. After the extraction is finished, Narutois still alive, but doesn't have much left (spoiler: because Kushina didn't die immediately after the Kyuubi was extracted, so neither does Naruto). Realizing that he no longer needs Sasuke for any other purposes, he decides it's time that Sasuke is turned into a catalyst so that Madara can get the 10 tails power.
During the time the bijuu chakra is being pushed through him and into Madara, Sasuke manages to use Amaterasu on that tree monster and delay the enough so that he gets away. The sudden chakra flow stop physically affects Madara, giving Sasuke enough time to create a big enough Chidori or possibly a Kirin like thing to destroy the statue.
The statue is destroyed, forcing the tailed beasts out.
Kyuubi is sent back into Naruto and Hachibi back into kirabee. They are alive, but require immediate medical assistance. The other bijuu's are chained by some vauge chaka chains.
In scene appear Konoha 12 + Yamato, Sai, Kakashi, Gai, the Raikage and Kirabee's friend.
Sakura proceeds to heal Naruto and Kirabee.
The chaos and confusion allow Sasuke and Madara to escape. (not together, Sasuke won't work with him after that)
A big fight against the bijuu, all nations involved, the tailed beasts are sealed within new hosts, they are returned to they're original countries. A peace armistice is signed between the 5 great nations, but certainly it won't last long.
Kirabee and Naruto live, duh, how else would they have won over the bijuu! It was a long term fight, they had time to recover, plus Sakura used all her chakra to quicken the healing process.
Naruto becomes Hokage in training, dates Hinata. Juugo is taking treatment under Sakura's direct observation in order to learn how to control his killing impulses without Sasuke's help. He takes a liking to Sakura and becomes some sort of confidant of her's, so does Sakura become's one for him. Karin and Suigetsu are accepted in Konoha.

Now, For Sakura's part (finally):All is good and nice, Madara is being searched for and Sasuke is assumed dead. But, Sakura remains suspicious as for why did Sasuke turn against Konoha. Doing research on her own, forgetting about her social life a little, she dares research into the elder's things: the room we always see them in, houses. Why? Pure detective and female intuition! In a hidden shelf she finds documents about the Uchiha massacre and other crimes.
She worries when she sees Juugo's psychological file and documents about the cursed seal. It appear the elder's want to recreate an updated version of it. She also finds a file of Naruto's and a former root anbu's file. The files say that they want to transfer the Kyuubi into the the -atm nameless- anbu's body. After reading the massacre file she figures that if he worked for Danzo in the past, he now works for the elders. The Kyuubi in the hands of the elders: scary thought.
Connected to these files is a sheet of paper with info on Suigetsu, Karin and Hinata. Hinata will probably used as a bait for Naruto, but Sakura can't yet figure out the other two's roles.
Sakura sets every thing back in place and pretends nothing happened and continues investigations on her own. For no reason she also took the file containing info about Sasuke.

2 Days later she in attacked at the hospital by two guys. There is no one on the last floor at that moment and Sakura finishes them as quickly as possible. She isn't even grazed by the former root anbu. The Sakura blossoms is part of one of her 2 special genjutsu, which I won't describe here.
Figuring out that the elders have discovered her, Sakura decides to go show Tsunade the files, but is stopped by a stranger with proves to be Sasuke. He has awful burn marks all over his chest and arms. Pointing out that the writing on the files doesn't belong to the elders, nor does it contain they're finger prints, Sasuke explaines that they can accuse her of betrayal and plotting against Konoha. After doing some tests, she realizes that there in fact is no strong evidence, not even chakra residues.
Along with him, Sakura works to prove the elder's crimes. As they are getting close to finding evidence Sakura is thrown into prison for an unfounded rumor (which was actually partly true, just that the elders didn't know that) that said she was plotting with UchihaSasuke against Konoha. A seal is placed around her neck to enable her from speaking and she is held with chakra strings that leave her a minimal of chakra, meaning enough to survive.
Tsunade can't do anything and Sai and Kakashi, along with many others fear that the rumors are true and aren't allowed to visit her. Naruto is training in the frog world and is told nothing. Juugo tries to rehabilitate Sakura, but has no luck.
Sasuke tries to help her escape but Sakura comes up with a plan!! The elders are very conceited and like bragging, like most old people. They keep her alive and take advantage of her inability to speak to tell her all the progress their making with their plan, not knowing that by using Sharingan on her, Sasuke allows Sakura to tell him all the info she's getting and tell him where to find evidence.
What Sasuke and Sakura are not aware of is the fact that Madara is keeping a close eye on them as well and has big plans for the pair. Danger is approaching for all sides, and all turn her back to her. Only left with a boy that has once broken her heart and has been her friend and fatal enemy as a comrade, Sakura will prove her strength and survive this twisted fate that threatens to strangle her at any moment.

The rest is told in the second part. Please tell me if it's worth making it a real story or not.
The main part is that Sakura uses her wits and endurance to fight against the elders and her ninja skills to fight against Madara.
Her heart is also put to a great try, as she still loves Sasuke and yet fears him.
Sakura's strength is showing on all plans.
