Jessica Rhodes, AKA Zephyria, a superhero who's power is control over the winds.*************************************************
Started this back in January and it's taken a while for me to get to it to a place that I'm happy with. Thought I'd work once again with the cartoon render engine in D|S given how well my last piece turned out.
The background is a freebie from Shox Design .

I don't use the option a lot (mostly because I forget it's there), but every so often I give one a try. It can totally change the feel of a piece.
