I've been wondering how do you get the holofoil over the backround of the cards? (coming from a photoshop noob lol)

Duplicate whichever holosheet you wish to use 3 (or so) times.
Then :
# top one change its filter to colour dodge and opacity 75%
# middle one same as above
# bottom one multiply filter at 30%
These things you can change around as each background image varies alot
(the filters/opacity you can get by either double clicking the layer you wish to change and its on that new window, or you can use the options found at the top of the layer interface usually found on the right hand side of the window)
