(She wears the scarf [which is orange] because in the story it's spring but spring to the point that it's still really cold) She also has an "ahoge" (hair curl or whatever) that is very visible and sticks out at the top of her head. (And also possibly taken from Canada from Hetalia but you don't know that.)
