One thing for sure is that Scout is the youngest. I think he's about 25. Spy and Sniper seem to be the oldest. The rest seem to be in their 30's and 40's

I agree. I always figured forties, given his maturity compared to the others. Or, y'know, he's just a really mature guy. That too. I've been typing up this comment for a good few minutes trying to guess his age and the others' ages too, but I'm at a loss. Maybe Demoman and Engineer are older. I imagine Sniper is just a hair younger than Spy. Everyone else is late 30s or younger.
