I used the program SAI for all of that and it was part pen tool and the water tool.

I got it for free but you are supposed to pay for it. Try looking for the free downloads in rapidshare or megeupload. It's about 3 MB.

lineart: 4/5 the lineart could be cleaner and its still fine but still could be finer
colors: 5/5 the colors blend in pretty good, i like it, alot! XDDD
overall: 4.5/5 not bad but theres room for improvement XDDD
