Ok....As you know...I didn't make this.This is a screen cap I edited.
I took out the background and put in that blue one. I moved his eyes so that he's looking at you, and I put in shadow and lighting.

I Mean I've only been a Deviant for a week and I have gotta put some of these incredible pictures and drawings on my site from all you brilliant Deviants! I like this Drakken pic you edited from "Tick-Tick-Tick", makes him look like a very, VERY evil genius! MUWAHAHAHAHA!!!, I also can do his voice.
