That is one of the coolest things in the world. I SO have to become a brain surgeon and one day just take a look in your mind. Because shit I bet you have a lot more of where that came from. And the butterfly was just the most beautiful touch.
And now I know I'm reading way too much in it, but for a 15 minute drawing that is THE shit. (As opposed to just shit - which yours is definately not.)
It reminds me of a mentally, er, challenged person who doesn't know how to communicate love or something properly and is struggling with his (yes, it's a guy) feelings. AND THE BUTTERFLY IS WHAT HE LOVES!

I would try to critique more, but this is a "Mind wanderer" piece, and it is hard to point out where order is needed specifically, when it is chaos that is the subject.
