Description Okay, so I have a little story behind this.

First of all I wasn't gonna upload this, but my Savage [link] convinced me to! I <3 you Savage!

My Gramomma (God bless her) has lost 3 children. So I am painting all of them for her.

This is a painting of my Uncle Joe. He passed away when I was 9 months old... So I hope I caught the essence of him well enough. Considering I didn't have much to go off of.

Since this is for my grandmother I did spend some time on it.. I spent 2 or 3 hours on it.

I hope she loves it.. I love you Gramma. <3

(Sized down for easy downloading.)

Photoshop CS3.

I am alright with realism, but I haven't crossed that line yet.. There are a few things that I need to work out. I don't think that using a mouse is holding me back at all.. I mean, I can do with a mouse what others do with a tablet, I know that. I mean, it's an extension of me. I know that if I had a tablet the quality of my work would increase severely though.

I don't see myself as better than you in any way.. I think that you are great at what you do! We have completely different art styles, yeah.. But what you do is great! I really love it! You are one of my favorite artists on DA by far!

Maybe if I go to art school in Cali we can teach each other our styles and be the masters of everything.
