You really got the idea of frost and it reminds me of a Japanese artist (I forget her name). Anyway I like it and well done. Not the best I have seen but I have to say I like it even so.

I found a picture that someone took of unfocused frost on a window, so it made it seem like bits of glitter. And I just used it as a nifty texture over it!

In my opinion the cheeks are a little too white and any skin detail there is lost, but otherwise, this is beautiful! My favourite part is the eyes.
