Oh man, thanks for the insightful response! To be honest, I haven't followed Koili's works in a while (last time I remember checking on them often was probably mid 2015) so I might've thought you were just unreasonably angry about a small angsty comic on a silly FNAF ask page (wich honestly, assuming that it was was kinda dumb of me, sorry!). I'm glad it wasn't though!
Reading what you said, I'd be pretty dang frustrated as well! Specially after following content for so long like that. I totally agree that some of the character arcs should've been finished for a while now. To be honest, I think Koili bases the character interactions (at least the ones in this ask blog) a little too much on the archetypes and tropes they're based off of, wich makes it hard to develop them out of such tropes and into their own characters, if that makes any sense. Not that they haven't been developed at all, but relying on tropes too much can cause that issue. Again, I haven't really read the fanfictions, so I might just be talking out of my butt here, but at least it seems to be what's going on in the ask page AU.
About the art, I don't personaly think it's that bad? I think Koili was going for a story-book type thing, where only the character whose emotions are in focus is fully drawn, and the others are just silhouettes of the characters, like in Steven Universe's episode "The Answer". That's just my preference though, wether you like that art style or not is up to you :}
I like Koili's work, I remember looking forward for the next ask post when I was 12, but it's a little disheartening to see that the content from then hasn't grown much from what it was!
