My theory for why Hoodie took Tim's pills is because without the pills he goes crazy. Β (By turning into Masky)
So Hoodie could be trying to bring Masky back by taking all the pills.
Hoodie might also be stealing pills because he thinks he needs them, because he has the same symptoms of Tim/Masky.
